No start and no fire after engine replacement

So did a engine swap on my 2007 with 3.8 with a reman and everything went great go to start nothing no fire so I have now replaced crank and cam sensors and made sure everything is hooked up all grounds connected still nothing
 
This is going to be tough as hell for anyone to diagnose other than you. Chances are something is not connected and you're overlooking it.

When in this situation, it's best to start with the simplest things first. Does it turn over at all?

That's the thing everything is connected and a friend come over with his snap on scanner and he is not seeing anything no sensors when cranking ne can see a variable cam reading that goes out to nothing

So it does turn over though, it just doesn't actually fire? Is it getting spark? Have you tested the fuel pressure at the rail?
