Any idea on a part number for this item?

After 12 years of snow and ice slop I need a bunch of those. I have been stealing them from my cockpit carpets. I can not find them anywhere.
 
I'm unsure if they have those exact ones, but at least here is Wisconsin, Oreille's and AdvanceAuto have sections of special bolts and plastic things like this. I was able to find the retention snaps for the fenders there, the carpet stays seem like they should be even more common.
