I have a 2010 sport the stud on the transmission Manuel bracket where the plastic shifter cable connects is rusted and does not hold the bushing well and it pops off any idea how to replace this part or better secure the cable

yeah man thats a pain. had to do mine when i first swapped the hemi in. honestly just take your time getting the old one off, bolts like to seize up. if youre gonna be in there anyway grab some new hardware from mopar, beats dealing with stripped bolts later. whole job took me like an hour once i got the first bolt loose lol

How did you get up there to remove the old bracket look like one nut to back off but I can’t not reach it

yeah manual bracket is a pain. had to do mine last year when the welds started cracking. took me like 3 hours honestly pulling everything out to get to it. make sure you support the trans properly or you're gonna have a bad time.

got a replacement off yittzyoffroad and it was way better than the oem one. just unbolt the old one, line up the new one, and torque it down. some guys weld theirs but tbh the bolt route is fine if you're not doing crazy stuff.

don't cheap out on it either. seen guys try to repair the bracket and it never ends well on the trail
