does that indicate it doesn't come with a steering stabilizer stock? I'm trying to figure that out for mounting my new steering stabilizer which is a different type and brand from the one i'm removing, just want to see the stock setup so I know what the JKS manual is referring to

I'm not sure they do come stock with the steering stabilizers, they are just really a Bandaid for fixing a problem that shouldn't be there.

i suppose that's why when you get a name brand suspension system they don't necessarily have a bigger stabilizer
