Hello, everyone

I have a wrangler jk 2dr 2011. My Jeep Quits infrequently while running on road or at idle. Never sputters or misses. It will turn of while driving with no warning, no engine lights, no nothing. I’ll have my foot on the peddle giving it power then out of no where the engine stops with all the lights still working. I’ll have to go on the side of the road put it in park and start it up first try. plenty of fuel and battery. Low mileage 3.8 automatic. 40,000 miles. Anyone with ideas? It’s stock no lift.

Any ideas?Please.
could this sensor be the cause???

I don't think the chewed insulation would cause any issues but that does need to be sealed up with something so that corrosion doesn't get in there.

Have you checked for any CEL's with a scanner of some kind?

Another thing that is always good to do when having electrical problems is clean battery clamps and cables and other grounds.
