Jeep is misfiring after head gasket replacement

Just replaced head gaskets in my 2012 Jeep. Drove it almost 700 miles and she did great. Only problem is if she sits and idles she starts misfiring. After I start driving again or rev it up it’s fine again. Spark plugs were inspected before putting them back in. Where do I start.

Is it throwing any codes?

Did you install new spark plugs?

No. Spark plugs are good. It almost seems like it’s getting to much fuel. So when it idles or misfired but when it’s running it runs fine.

Misfiring shouldn't have anything to do with too much fuel, that would be running really rich, in which case you'd notice a lot of black smoke out the exhaust. I'd test each one of the coil packs as a starting point.
