I have a 2009 Jeep wrangler rubicon 3.8L Standard 4wd. What I would like to know if anyone was able to get the actuator pin housing open and if so how did you do it to replace it. I called Dodge and the only way to get the whole assembly is to buy a new steering wheel. Which I think its bull crap because you can take the assembly off of the steering wheel. Im not paying 2,000 dollars for a new one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
