I have a 2008 JK Unlimited Rubicon. 107,000 miles.
I have no heat on driver's side, there is heat on passenger side. Did some research and decided to replace the heater core. Just completed the job now no heat. The top heater core pipe is cold, the bottom pipe is hot. Is the new heater core defective? Why would one pipe be cold, clogged core?
Thoughts? What should I do next?

You probably have a air pocket trapped in the heater core, jack the front of the Jeep up so the tires are off the ground and start the Jeep up. You should need to add some coolant soon.
