There are tons of options out there that will fit our '15 Rubicon.
I'm leaning to get something similar to this design:
I don't expect that I'll ever put a winch on this Jeep (that will go on the TJ) so I hate the idea of a hoop/brush guard/light bar over the center section.
That being said, I know there is an air dam/filler on the underside of the factory bumper that attaches to the factory 'skid plate'.
I'm unclear if adding a bumper such as the above will require some additional parts to retain the factory skid plate, or if it will need to be replaced, etc.
None of the images or descriptions on the bumpers that I have seen are clear about this, & some include their own skid plate & some do not.
Help me understand what else might be required before I buy only half of what I'll need.
