Factory Grille Insert Replacement

I have a 16 JKU Sahara with the silver grille inserts/headlight bezels which i dislike and want to replace with black ones. I found black bezels for the lights so that's not an issue but for the headlights I've heard all of the ones available on Amazon are only if you don't have factory inserts. I found these, Mopar Black Inserts and it looks like they will work but I want to see if anyone knows they will work for sure as I'm sure returning them would be a huge PITA. Pic below of the current inserts

Why not remove the bezels and inserts and spary paint them black? Much cheaper

Yeah I'm not sure why i didnt think of that first TBH, my friend owns an auto body shop, hes going to paint them for me.

I would suggest doing this with some of the rubberized paint that can be pealed off if you want. The stuff is more than strong enough and in my experience less prone to chipping than standard spray paint.

That being said, I'm sure your buddy with the autobody shop knows how to do it. I'm just suggesting a non permanent option.

I painted mine with black spray paint and worked great. Thought about buying new ones but they were expensive, spray paint was $5.
