Dorman 697-024 Manual Transmission Shift Tower for Specific Jeep Models

I just wanted to put this out there. I just installed the Dorman shift tower with a B&M stick. The best thing I could have done for my 6spd Jeep. The shift pattern is tight and it locks into each gear. Half the price of the B&M tower. I bought mine from Walmart and it is perfect.

Did you end up having the lower the transmission?
 
yeah dorman stuff is hit or miss imo. ive replaced shift towers before and honestly just went oem. the dorman ones feel kinda cheap compared to mopar. if youre just doing highway driving maybe its fine but if youre actually beating on it id spring for the real deal. costs more upfront but lasts longer
