Code problem and exhaust 2011 jeep wrangler unlimited rubicon

P0455 and Po882 and p1745 can someone be kind enough and tell me how to fix this problem and also i have exhaust leak was wondering if anybody had some cheap ideas on fixing the exhaust problem to make it sound good not loud thank you
