I have a 2008 Rubicon with 95,000 miles.

I was performing the 100,000 miles service which requires the cleaning of the Throttle body, replace the original Champion spark plugs, New spark plug wires and coil.

Sharing a surprising outcome:

I purchase (6) Autolight 5426 double platinum spark plugs (OEM recommended replacement). I had a rough idle and this Code P302 came up from the code display on the speedometer from the ignition key (3 times) process.

I replaced the P0302 code faulty Autolight spark plugs with new NGK Iridium spark plugs and the rough idle and the code disappeared.

These things are pretty picky on what gets installed on them. Sometimes the OEM replacement isn't always what they like.

I put the same Iridium Plugs in my 08 last year and never had a issue.

Yep, I agree. Also, for what it's worth, always check the gap, even if they say they come pre-gapped. I'm sure you did though (y)
