i have a 2007 jeep wrangler unlimited i want to replace my broken h13 connectors since I am replacing headlights with led I want to know if I can replace the h13 connector with h4 thus eliminating having to use adaptar

Yes, you can use an H13 to H4 connector such as this one:

yes, you can also cut off the h13 connector and wire in the H4 - be sure to use soldered connections with heat shrink over them or some other very solid connection to make the splice. If you are adding LED's though, you might need to add anti-flicker capacitor/diode filters which you can buy readily enough - and most of those have the h13 to h4 adapter as part of their harness. There is a ton of info about installing LEDs here and elsewhere - look on youtube! I am doing the same thing this weekend.
