just upgraded to D30 chromoly Axles and replaced my inner seals went to put things back together and my drivers side axle turns but turns tight and this is with out the tires on the passanger hub assambly turns easy. Just wondering is the drivers side supposed to be like that?

That sounds normal to me. The drivers side is shorter, and when you try turning it by hand, it's not as easy as the passenger side (which is longer).
