After Market Fogs white lights not working

I installed an after market RGB halo lights and fogs. The halos work fine and the head lights are fine. The bright white lights in the fogs are not working. I plugged them into the old fog light plugs and to a RGB wiring harness that came with them. Again, halos are. Fine. But no bright lights. Help please...

When my headlight high beam is on, the fog lamps goes off.
If I put it to low beam, fog light will turn back on.
