A/C pulley cutting into coolant hose

I found my ac pully cutting into my upper hose .. the mesh protector wasn't damaged. There's very little tolerance. Any suggestions?

Bottom ones too? Unless you have bad motor mounts, there should be sufficient clearance (at least I've never seen anyone have this issue otherwise).

How did the hose feel, was it rigid or squishy?

I noticed mine was really close to the AC, I removed it and cut about 1 1/2" off the radiator end, which will pull it away from the AC.

I had a similar problem on another vehicle and simply loosened the hose clamps and turn the hose away from the alternator and then re-tightened the clamps.
