I'm new on here...has anyone dealt with this issue..I tore it down to valve train...all roller rockers look good but im.replacing them and I'm also going to replace lash adjusters but don't want to pull cams ...has anyone done this...

I have the same thing going on with my 3.6 I believe it a leak in the exaust somewhere nead the manifold. not 100% shure on that yet have to do some more investigation but I used to have a 2000 something ford f150 that would make that same sound when the manifold gasket was going bad and ready to blow like it did at least once a year
