Well, that's a JL and this is a JK forum. None of us have that radio, as we all have JKs 
I think you'll have more luck on the JL forum
But if it's a 2019, it's under warranty, so why even bother with the internet. Take it to the dealership and make them fix it. That's what a warranty is for
