    Hood Guard Fitment Issues

Has anyone had fitment issues with bug/rock guards? I bought a Rugged Ridge model for my 2013 JKU and it cracked in the middle after a week. Some of the issue may have been the automotive tape but the alignment of the hood holes and latches seems off so there is a gap between the end of the...

What's the best way to fix a rear window defroster that detached?

Found a great local Boston area small business for rear window glass replacement: Woburn Glass Company. Dealer was $934 for just the rear glass PLUS labor for installation. Safelite was $655 installed. Woburn Glass is $425 installed. Stick with local businesses, Jeep drivers. 👍🏼

What's the best way to fix a rear window defroster that detached?

Tried the Permatex. Garbage. Almost all of the paint peeled off when I took the masking tape off. Without a continuous line the defroster won’t work (I left my soft top on so I haven’t tried the defroster on the hard top yet). Feel like Safelite is my next call - or a local glass guy who...

What's the best way to fix a rear window defroster that detached?

I just did the same today. Will report back as well. Curious if it works and if so why more people haven’t heard of it.

    Water in jack storage area

Hey Mac- Thanks for your reply. I also got the Morryde tailgate hinge. The thing is awesome! Much more sturdy and secure than OEM hinge. I will check the cabin pressure flap. The drain on the bottom of the Jack storage area was clogged so I hope that helped. Also - same with leaking...

    Water in jack storage area

I bought a used 2013 JKU this summer and just opened that little compartment to check the Jack to go on sand (permit requires a working Jack). I found a completely rusted in place Jack and about an inch of rusty water in there. Had to sledge hammer the Jack out and put a new small hole in the...

What's the best way to fix a rear window defroster that detached?

Bought a used 2013 JKU and as the season is changing I noticed that the rear window defroster didn’t work. 2 garages said it was the lines in the window since power was going to the defroster. Dealer suggested that Safelite may have a product that reconnects the lines with the “paint”...

    Heavy Duty Tailgate Hinges

Here is the replacement paracord tailgate check that I just bought. Very nice seller and better than factory tailgate check. Like I said I just got it so long term will be the key. However no cheap plastic part to break like in OEM check...

    Show me your lightbars

2013 JKU Sahara. I don’t know the brand since I bought the Jeep with them on. One issue that I have is wind noise once I hit 60mph on the highway with the light bar. I try to tinker with the angle but still get varying levels of wind noise. If anyone has suggestions for that it would be...
