When you get ready to re-install be sure to coat those bolts with an anti-seize compound so they wont give a bunch of trouble in a year or two.

My TJ developed the same problem....I drilled out the end of the track bar and the hole for the bolt that it was connected to the diff. 7/16 drill. Never had trouble with it again. Have done two others for friends also.

I found the way to change that bulb on google...It's a small bulb a takes a little doing but can be done. The toughest part is getting the knob off the shifter.

Also keep in mind that those headlights have a fuse for each side.

Check all the grounds in you turn sig lights. Bad grounds create strange things. Just a thought.
