After checking the oil twice again today when the engine was cold the dip stick is reading in the X’s, so I think I’m safe. Thanks again for the advice!

I believe when I had checked it this morning, when the engine was cold, it was in the X’s but I didn’t take a picture. You're awesome, thanks a lot for the quick reply!

Okay, good to know. I appreciate it! So when the engine is cold, where should the ideal reading be on the dipstick? Is it in the middle? I will try it again tomorrow, and post a pic.

These checks were done 5 mins after shutting off and on a level surface.

And attached is the third reading. (All these readings were done 5 minutes after the engine was running at temp)
