My readings of 1200 were just normal street driving? Also there are no codes popping up either on the dash or the JScan?

2008 jk, So, I received my Icar pro OBD and connected to jscan. My engine temps went from 198 F when driving and 212 F sitting at idle. I believe those are good numbers? On the other hand, JScan was reading 1200 + F on the cats ? Is this normal? I have another post where I mentioned that...
