I did the oil cooler replacement, but, one problem into the next. I did the replacement, but now, there’s an odd knocking coming from my Jeep, engine compartment. Went to my guy, trusted on a complete level, and they reviewed the camshafts, replaced the rocker arms and and the push-rods(or equivalent), even replaced the connecting rod bearings. She runs fine, but the knocking happens at startup, then calms down a bit when the engine warms up. After that, the knocking picks up at acceleration, seeming to die down after going 25 mph, but, it persists. Anyone have any ideas, things to consider from here?

If it has an automatic transmission have you inspected the flexplate for cracks?
Right, my bad. It’s a 2013 with a 3.6L Pentastar. Automatic transmission, about to hit 60K miles.
Negative, but nothing was touched on the transmission, solely the engine. When the oil cooler was replaced, we did get a Mopar cooler, but one of the sides of the cooler cracked. Got an aftermarket one (Standard brand), and it’s holding just fine, but the knocking started once we put the Mopar oil cooler assembly in, and remains now.
And to clarify, (I apologize, first time posting to the forum), the knock is present at idle, but quiets down to barely anything once the block warms up.

It is my guess that the volume of oil in the line & cooler has dropped the level in the oil pan enough that the oil pump is not providing sufficient volume to the top end at/near idle to avoid the noise.
Did you increase the volume of oil in the engine to compensate for what the oil cooler requires?

After the fact, we measured the oil, seen it dio, so topped off the oil on level ground to optimal zone. That’s what has me scratching my head, oil is exactly where it should be.

I had allowed clattering Nord noise after I change my oil cooler and it finally quit I just gave it about $4,000 RPMs and held it there for a while and it just went away

Same issue here. Installed an aftermarket aluminum cooler. Engine started ticking almost imediately. Decided to inspect / replace the rocker arms and lifters. Didn't help. Were you ever able to get this resolved?

Just throw the whole jeep out. Cause eff that part. Mine went out around feb 14 and then a whole chain reaction of different parts needing to be replaced

THAT NOISE AND BEHAVIOR SOUND VERY MUCH LIKE A LIFTER NOT SEALING UP CONSTANTLY, A BIT OF DEBRIS STIRRED UP FROM THE CHANGE GOT INTO THE LIFTER SEAL AND ALLOWS IT TO LOOSE OIL PRESSURE AFTER ENGINE COOLS, THEN IT WILL KNOCK WHILE COLD, IT PRESSURES UP AFTER IT WARMS UP, AND WILL
MAKE A K OCKING SOUND TILL IT DOES, IF THE LEAK IS BAD ENOUGH IT MAY NEVER SEAL UP 100%, OIL PRESSURE VARIES WITH RPMS, MY LIBERTY HAD THIS ISSUE IT'S ENTIRE LIFE, NEVER HURT ANYTHING, FINALLY SOLVED IT BY REMOVING MOST BUT NOT ALL OIL FROM ENGINE AND REVING IT A FEW TIMES, THE UN PRESSURED LIFTER WHACKED UP AND DOWN SERIOUSLY HARD AND KNOCKED THE DEBRIS OUT OF THE SEAL, WHEN REPLACED OIL SHE WORKED CORRECTLY AND GREAT FROM THEN ON.
