Recently my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon has had problems. It’s whenever I hit a bump and sometimes when I start the vehicle. The “hot oil” light will ding as well as the electronic stability control and hill decent control lights coming on. I’ve taken it to several mechanics and they can’t resolve the issue. When they scan it, it says that I’ve lost connection to my traction control module. They’ve checked several times for severed wires and can’t find one. I even replaced a relay in the spot K5 in my fuse box. Recently when the light pops up, my transmission won’t shift until the light goes away. It’ll stay on until I hit another bump or something like that. I checked my transmission fluid. Recently I had my oil cooler replaced as well as wires in my hood because a rat chewed them. My intake was recently replaced as well as another oil filter. I just got new tires on because my old ones tread was wonky. This issue started with just the “hot oil” coming on not as much as soon as my heat got fixed. I didn’t know if maybe there was a wire under my steering wheel that could cause the problem. Maybe I need a front end alignment? The code that kept popping up was “U0101” in a scanner. I don’t know where to go from here and I don’t want to keep spending money on things that won’t resolve the issue. I don’t know where to go from this point. I’ve done a lot of research and some mechanics can’t resolve the issue. Most people have this issue when they go off roading but mine stays on pavement all the time and in 2H. I don’t tow anything either.
