Hi yall!

Was looking into replacing cold air intake on my 2008 jeep wrangler. I saw mopar makes one that is designed to increase fuel efficiency but it won't fit the 2008. Anybody with a wrangler 07-11 wrangler that recommends a cold air intake for those years and one that increase fuel efficiency too?

i dont think that they ever increase fuel efficiency. My understanding is that the principle is colder air produces more power.
You increase power by increasing the efficiency of the engine. That is also how you increase mileage. A cold air intake increases power because the colder, denser, air charge improves engine efficiency.

Most people who modify their engines do so seeking more power, and as a result they do not drive in a manner conducive to the highest possible mileage. That is also why manufacturers advertise power gains, not mileage improvement.

I can, if I accelerate like a normal person and obey speed limits, top 32MPG in my 800HP Corvette. I don't do that very often (OK, only once, on a dare from my wife) but I sure CAN.
