I just had my Jeep painted and I believe all bolts except on the hood were black and not painted. They are now all red. Am I imagining things or are they all back from factory?

That might depend. Sahara's with the paint to match hard tops and fenders might paint all the bolts, and it might depend where they are.
I do know that the door bolts for the hinges, etc are painted the same color as the body on mine, and I have a "X" or "sport" model.
Stuff on the bumper and other areas are black though.
